Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS) involves cyclical nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain linked to use of cannabis with resolution symptoms upon cessation cannabinoids. Although electrolyte disturbances, fluid imbalances, nutritional deficiencies are known complications CHS in the setting intractable severe hypophosphatemia is a rare clinical phenomenon cited primarily adult literature. Pediatric cases scarcer, thus magnitude associated our patient case describes an adolescent diagnosed complicated by recurrent hypophosphatemia.
